Design Control: Lead EDS engineering change board submissions through closure.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years managing hardware programs with cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain program control docs (schedules, risk registers, budgets).
Experience with engineering change management processes.
Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
Ability to be located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Travel up to 20%.
