🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years of technical program management experience, with a proven track record
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or
• Experience operating in regulated, mission-critical, or hardware-software integrated product
• Ability to establish operational standards and drive compliance through partnership and trust
• Background in developing internal tooling, dashboards, and automated workflows to track governance
