🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale, complex
• Strong track record of delivering technical programs on time and within budget.
• Strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes and
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Nice to have: Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Nice to have: Experience or knowledge in financial services.
