Staff Technical Program Manager, Vehicle Security

📋 Description

• Lead cross-team security programs across vehicle and platform security.
• Partner with security leaders, embedded and platform engineering teams.
• Turn vehicle security strategy into concrete programs.
• Coordinate work across security architecture, embedded systems, and vehicle teams.
• Provide program visibility via dashboards and leadership reviews.
• Align programs with the Aurora Driver safety case.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in technical/program management in tech.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional technical programs in automotive or safety-critical domains.
• Experience with vehicle architecture, embedded platforms, or onboard/offboard security.
• Experience managing large-scale security programs (secure boot, IAM, onboard credentials, or V2C security).
• Familiarity with ISO 21434 or UNECE R155/R156.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-team engineering across hardware/software with long release horizons.
