Staff Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end portfolio cadence for ~30 initiatives: intake, triage, prioritization, and push-right resequencing.
• CapEx and financial governance: estimates, forecasts, capitalization, and tracking.
• Own PMO tooling: Jira config and Sigma dashboard.
• Weekly POC/PM check-ins to keep status, risks, and dependencies current.
• Every-other-day executive and cross-functional preparation syncs.
• Prepare SteerCo communications and decision materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading technology programs or PMO operations in corporate/enterprise tech.
• Ownership of portfolio cadence, intake, triage, prioritization, across many initiatives.
• Strong financial and CapEx governance: estimates, forecasting, tracking to actuals.
• PMO tooling experience: Jira configuration and BI/reporting dashboards (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong data and analytics orientation: portfolio reporting and metrics for leadership.
• Proven stakeholder coordination with POCs/PMs, cross-functional partners, and executives including SteerCo cadences.
