📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from role definition and sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, define hiring
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing communication, and
• Improve recruiting operations by designing scalable processes, enhancing employer branding
• Use recruiting data, metrics, and feedback to optimize hiring performance and continuously improve

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within fast-growing technology
• Demonstrated success hiring highly specialized technical talent, including engineering, machine
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers on
• Ability to build scalable recruiting systems, optimize hiring workflows, and leverage recruitment
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries and working within remote, international
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
