📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruitment across technical roles, from sourcing to offers and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple time zones.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast-growing tech companies
• Successful hiring of specialized technical talent including engineering, ML, or other hard-to-fill
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering with hiring managers.
• Ability to build scalable recruiting systems and leverage recruitment technologies, including
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries and remote/international organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
