• Proven success hiring specialized tech talent (engineering, ML, etc.).
• End-to-end recruitment experience, partnering with managers on strategy.
• Build scalable recruiting systems and leverage AI-powered tools.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries and remote orgs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
