• Successful track record hiring engineering, ML, or hard-to-fill tech roles.
• End-to-end recruitment experience with strategic partnering.
• Ability to build scalable recruiting systems and leverage AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries and remote international teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
