📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex product searches, ranging from senior individual
• Partner directly with senior Product and Design leadership to define roles, calibrate levels
• Architect search plans that identify potential bottlenecks early, establish clear expectations, and

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technology-enabled environments.
• Significant experience recruiting senior, Director-level, and VP-level product talent.
• Deep recruiting expertise across Product Management and/or Product Design, with the ability to
• Strong understanding of product disciplines and the ability to evaluate scope, judgment, impact
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and influence hiring decisions through data
• Experience navigating ambiguous or highly complex searches, establishing clarity, and developing
