📋 Description

• Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials
• Use AI tools and workflows to draft, structure, validate, and keep content current, applying human
• Contribute to the team's shared AI workflows and skills, looking for ways to improve and automate
• Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview
• Test documented software, run procedures, and flag product and UX gaps.
• Use docs analytics and user feedback to identify content gaps, prioritize work, and demonstrate the

🎯 Requirements

• Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in writing workflows (e.g., LLM assistants, agentic
• Experience with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and
• Comfort in technical environments: ability to set up, run, and troubleshoot software (e.g., command
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to obtain accurate technical
• Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
