Staff Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials
• Use AI tools and workflows to draft, structure, technically validate, and maintain content
• Contribute to the team's shared AI workflows and skills, and seek ways to improve and automate
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate complex technical
• Test what you document—run the software and verify procedures, flagging product and UX gaps.
• Use documentation analytics and user feedback to prioritize work and measure content impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in a writing workflow, including evaluating and
• Experience with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and
• Comfort working in technical environments—able to set up, run, and troubleshoot software (e.g.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to obtain accurate technical
• Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team
