Staff Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Create and maintain clear, accurate product documentation and release notes
• Review and refine customer-facing content, including error messages and UI text
• Use docs-as-code approach to co-author documentation with engineers, product managers, and
• Improve existing documentation for technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Collaborate with global writing team to define documentation standards, style, and terminology
• Partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience documenting data warehouses, databases, data lakes, and cloud applications
• Deep technical knowledge of data lake/warehouse technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, and AI tools for documentation workflows
• Exceptional communication and technical editing skills
• Documentation leadership: content planning, creation, review processes, best practices
• Project management and organizational skills, leading projects and mentoring writers
