🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics, 7–10 yrs in Test Eng.
• Hands-on air and liquid electromechanical/thermomechanical systems.
• Data acquisition strategy and end-to-end test campaigns.
• Design partnerships with Firmware/Reliability/Safety for validation.
• Analytical rigor with urgency and schedule discipline.
• Leadership and mentorship; proven track record mentoring staff.
