Staff Test Engineer, Systems Test

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end accountability for major multi-pack test assets lifecycle.
• Architect test plans validating auxiliary systems, BMS, harnesses, sensors.
• Bridge hardware/software/controls teams to translate requirements into validation plans.
• Partner with Site Ops/Facilities to manage infrastructure, power, safety, uptime.
• Lead day-to-day test campaigns; drive RCA and triage across hardware/software.
• Turn test data into actionable reports and leadership dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in systems test, integration testing, or hardware validation.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or related.
• Deep familiarity with BMS, high/low voltage wiring, sensors, actuators.
• Experience with high-power industrial systems, thermal management, or fluidics.
• Proficiency with test automation (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink) and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CAN, Modbus, Ethernet in industrial/automotive systems.
