Staff Test Engineer, Systems Test

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accountability for a major pack-level test asset.
• Architect test plans for BMS, wiring, sensors, actuators, and software.
• Bridge hardware/software design, test, and product management to requirements.
• Partner with Site Operations and Facilities on infrastructure, power, safety, uptime.
• Lead day-to-day test campaigns; drive RCA and triage across hardware/software.
• Synthesize test data into engineering reports and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in systems test engineering, integration testing, or hardware validation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Mechatronics.
• Deep familiarity with BMS, high/low voltage wiring, sensors, actuators.
• Experience with high-power industrial systems, thermal management, or fluidics.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with CAN, Modbus, Ethernet networks.
• Thrives in fast-paced hardware startup; cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
