Manage releases of large models replacing deployed ones used by thousands or millions of customers
Build resilient, high-performing teams through people development and hiring
Contribute to technical roadmaps, define OKRs, and drive roadmap execution
Make staffing and technical decisions, manage escalations, and deliver projects

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in CS or equivalent deep learning experience
5+ years ML/Computer Vision experience
2+ years leading ML engineering or research teams
Proficiency in Python
Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX
