Design and build cloud-based voice infrastructure for emergency 911 systems
Develop SIP routing, call state management, and high-uptime architectures
Integrate with telephony providers, PSAPs, and external partners
Drive major features and architectural evolution of the voice platform
Collaborate with operations, networking, and engineering teams to ensure reliability
Participate in on-call rotations for production voice infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

Deep experience with VoIP/UC systems and SIP protocols
Cloud platform experience, preferably AWS, with distributed, fault-tolerant design
Familiarity with FreeSWITCH and Kamailio (open-source VoIP tools)
Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear technical communication
