• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Live products you've designed that are in users' hands.
• Real 0→1 experience: built the first version.
• Strong systems thinking across mobile and web; know when to share patterns.
• Comfort with ambiguity; no fully scoped ticket needed.
• A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just final screens.
