• Staff-level: 7+ years UX research in complex B2B/developer environments
• Strong mixed-methods expertise across qualitative & quantitative research
• Active AI tool practitioner with prompt workflows to accelerate research
• Domain experience with developer/administrator/technical audiences; security product experience a
• Strategic problem solving with independent prioritization
• Cross-functional communication with Product, Design, ML Eng, Data Science
