📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional vehicle attribute teams to deliver key milestones.
• Define vehicle performance to meet program requirements.
• Partner with Attribute Leads to align development plans.
• Balance performance, cost, mass, safety, and timing.
• Deliver performance targets, identify gaps, drive root-cause analyses.
• Prepare and present attribute status updates for reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in vehicle attribute development or integration
• Deep technical understanding of vehicle systems, validation, and integration
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading and guiding a vehicle development program
• Skilled in data analysis, documentation, reporting; Smartsheet, Jira, Google Workspace
