Staff Workday Engineer, People Systems & AI Automation

📋 Description

• Own Workday configuration, troubleshooting, security roles, and day-to-day support
• Manage Workday releases, impact analysis, testing, and rollout of new features
• Design and maintain integrations across Workday and connected systems (EIB and APIs)
• Define and own the AI roadmap within Workday and pursue automation opportunities
• Own SOX ITGC controls for People systems and audit-ready documentation
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Ops, Talent, and IT leadership to keep systems reliable

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in HR systems with deep Workday expertise
• Proven track record leading complex Workday work independently
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration design (EIB, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience owning access management and data integrations across HR tech stack
• SOX ITGC knowledge in public/audit-ready environments
• Ability to work with latitude on complex problems and mentor others
