Own and advance Checkr's Workday platform end to end, including configuration, business processes
Operate as Workday SME across HR, IT, and Finance; align module adoption with biannual Workday
Lead configuration, testing, deployment across HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs to connect
Optimize self-service experiences and notifications to improve adoption and reduce admin burden.
Evaluate and implement Workday AI, ML, skills intelligence, and analytics with data/privacy in mind.
