Staff Workday HRIS Technical Analyst

📋 Description

• Own Workday platform end-to-end across HR, IT, and Finance.
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and security models.
• Manage releases, health checks, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain integrations via Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
• Improve self-service UX and automate workflows for adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years in HR tech with deep Workday expertise.
• Experience across HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, or Recruiting.
• Hands-on Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
• Strong Workday security model, processes, fields, and reporting.
• Workday Adaptive Planning is a strong plus.
