Own and advance the Workday platform end-to-end across HR, IT and Finance.
Configure, test, and deploy Workday modules including HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence
Manage releases, health checks, and performance tuning for Workday stability.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business, or related field.
6+ years in HR tech with hands-on Workday expertise.
Deep knowledge of multiple Workday modules and security model; Workday certification a plus.
Experience building integrations with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
