🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, commerce, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in resource management, project operations, or global mobility
• Experience supporting major infrastructure or industrial projects valued at $500 million or more
• Basic understanding of international immigration regulations, cross-border workforce management
• Ability to coordinate workforce ramp-up activities, manage recruitment priorities, monitor staffing
• Familiarity with prevailing wage requirements, apprenticeship utilization, labor classifications
