Staffing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and
• Serve as primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families by providing scheduling
• Coordinate new and ongoing services by communicating client needs, caregiver availability, and
• Partner with recruiting, operations, and other internal teams to support staffing needs and
• Monitor caregiver schedules, authorized service hours, staffing needs, and client schedules to
• Maintain accurate scheduling records, caregiver communications, and client updates within company

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• 2+ years of experience in staffing, scheduling, service coordination, healthcare, home care, or
• Experience in phone-based environment with strong prioritization and real-time coordination
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or caregiver staffing environments (preferred).
