🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (Fluent English and Spanish)
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience in phone-based, high-volume scheduling or customer service environments requiring
