📋 Description

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, sourcing platforms, and social media
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and onboarding for candidates across different functions, ensuring
• Manage initial candidate processing by verifying references, experiences, and sending offer letters
• Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate information regarding candidates, their
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies for
• Debrief candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations
• Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring; recruitment marketing experience is a plus
• Full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing high-quality candidates
• Experience sourcing through social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
• Familiarity with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
