• Provide methodological support to existing teams using Lean methods (problem-solving methods
• Implement adjustments related to workstation ergonomics
• Develop and deploy necessary lean tools and workshops based on laboratory needs (5S projects
• Analyze and define progress areas for the laboratory on production processes and cost optimization
• Identify and consolidate opportunities for digitalization and automation of our processes

🎯 Requirements

• Preparing a general engineering school with a specialty in Industrial Engineering, Process
• Looking for a final-year internship
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies, problem-solving, and Lean management (5S, VSM
• Mastery of English
• Team spirit, pragmatism, commitment, and curiosity
• Proactive and self-driven in seeking solutions
