📋 Description

• Assist in developing the commercial force of one of Europe's most ambitious start-ups
• Work directly with sales directors and in close relation with Sales teams and managers in France
• Help sales teams to be more efficient through effective processes, tools, analyses, dashboards and
• Deploy new processes or improve existing processes to scale commercial teams and improve
• Implement new tools to increase performance and create dashboards to analyze sales processes
• Contribute to the framing, execution and follow-up of projects (launch of a new product

🎯 Requirements

• End of studies if possible, in a top engineering or business school, not mandatory
• First experience or project in entrepreneurship, Ops, consulting, finance or data analysis
• Structured, clear analytical reasoning and excellent oral communication
• Comfortable with data analysis, Excel and AI tools; ability to code is a plus
• Excellent written and oral French; comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets/Excel and Slides
• Doer, solution-oriented, proactive, able to work with AI and understand Sales team needs in the
