📋 Description

• Grow cafe portfolio by achieving financial, operational, and service goals.
• Lead and coach area leaders, operators, and business owners.
• Provide expertise on customer issues, staffing, operations and policies.
• Train and develop processes to implement systems and accountability.
• Understand sales drivers in cafes and monitor KPI performance.
• Train new teams for future launches as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years retail leadership managing 2+ stores, P&L, inventory and ops
• 5+ years managing a team of 6+ with strong leadership/communication
• 3+ years in a customer service oriented role
• Experience in multi-unit ops with financial reporting knowledge
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Food Safety Manager Certification (CFM) preferred
