• Lead Starbucks operations, including deliveries, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive KPI improvements and coach baristas on safety and productivity.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations; analyze reports.
• Implement safety and HR compliance measures; perform QA reviews.
• Oversee scheduling to cover shifts, peak times, and weekends.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience; 1 year in QSR/cafe preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach/mentor team partners.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience.
• Proven track record of improving processes and efficiencies.
