Starlink Account Manager (State & Local Government)

📋 Description

• Primary contact for government customers from contract signature through onboarding and growth.
• Deliver impeccable service and resolve issues promptly.
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Capture and champion customer feedback to influence development.
• Identify readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks to forecast revenue.
• Lead internal process improvements to accelerate growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or operations.
• 1+ year experience working with government customers.
• Experience with State/Local or Regional government customers preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications (satellites, ground network, user terminals) or related tech.
