Starlink Account Manager (US Federal)

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of federal government customers from contract
• Oversee onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of relationship and
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify requirements to manage expectations.
• Champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale processes and accelerate growth for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in business development, operations, engineering, or account
• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience with government customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to craft professional presentations.
• Ability to manage complex contracts, terms renegotiation, and schedules.
• Experience working with US federal or civil government customers is preferred.
