📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for a federal government customer portfolio from contract

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience in business development, operations
• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ year experience working with government customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present at all levels.
