📋 Description

• Plan, write, and run post-purchase email programs that grow revenue from existing customers
• Use targeting, testing, and reporting to improve conversion and scale programs over time
• Support launches of new offers and products with focus on attach, upgrade, and expansion
• Report on conversion, revenue, and related metrics
• Support other customer communications including plan/price changes, terms of service, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, or consumer communications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, economics or related field
• Available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel as needed
