🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 3+ years crisis response.
• 2+ years consulting, project management, or crisis coordination.
• 1+ year in customer/external-facing role.
• 2+ years data analysis, reporting, or metrics (Excel modeling, dashboards).
• 1+ year of Starlink equipment/systems experience (preferred).
• Not remote; relocation to Bastrop TX area required; may travel.
