📋 Description

Own Starlink's crisis response operation end to end
Build and maintain execution plans for market and event response
Monitor readiness and response KPIs, act on gaps
Run the response during events, set operating picture
Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Legal, Engineering
Serve as primary point of contact for emergency response stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in business operations, project management, crisis response
1+ year in customer- or external-facing role
2+ years with data analysis, reporting, or performance metrics
Experience with SQL and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Strong communication with senior leaders
