Starlink Enterprise Account Manager (Retail)

📋 Description

• Act as primary contact for Retail customers from contract to onboarding, retention, and growth
• Delivering impeccable customer service at scale to Retail customers and distributors
• Develop engagement strategy and content for Retail orgs to enable growth
• Collaborate with distributors, retailers, planning, sales, logistics on orders, timelines
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
• Collect and champion customer feedback to influence development for Retail

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or business; OR 5+ years related experience
• 1+ years of SQL or data analysis experience
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role
