📋 Description

  • Own subscriber growth strategy/execution for AL, FL, GA, MS; achieve targets
  • Local market owner for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance
  • Identify and build new customer acquisition channels (ISPs, affiliates, utilities, retailers, partners, gov)
  • Lead local marketing: field marketing, events, retail activations, grassroots campaigns
  • Track ROI and growth metrics; collaborate cross-functionally to scale programs

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations
  • Expertise in regional consumer purchasing behavior, incl. rural areas
  • Experience with consumer tech, telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or subscription services
  • Strong execution mindset; able to operate independently in the field
  • Experience building and scaling local/regional partnerships and distribution channels
