📋 Description

• Build small electrical sub-assemblies per instructions to meet quality standards.
• Optical assembly: epoxy application, UV curing, oven curing.
• Fiber optic splicing and routing.
• Operate automated equipment; perform maintenance and basic troubleshooting with Engineering guidance.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; track calibration schedules.
• Work in a clean room; follow cleanliness protocols.
• Set up tests to support multiple development regimes.
• Manage priorities and execute work to meet deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of hands on work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing company, a precision manufacturing company, or high-volume manufacturing company.
• Able to proficiently use a PC, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience setting up and running tests and experiments.
• Associate degree.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from layout drawings, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures, schematics, engineering drawings, and parts lists.
