Starlink Production Technician - PCBA

📋 Description

• Operate PCB assembly machines (SMT placement, reflow, coatings, inspection).
• Perform thermal and functional tests on electronic hardware (setup, testing, troubleshooting).
• Document failure modes and analyze data to improve quality.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment via preventive maintenance.
• Prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines.
• Kitted components and measured parts to support assembly.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year hands-on electromechanical tools, assembly, or testing.
• 2+ years electro-mechanical assembly/integration experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, procedures, schematics, and parts lists.
• Proficiency with PC, Windows, ERP, and related software.
• Soldering proficiency with IPC/J-STD certification.
