Help execute new product builds from raw materials across all CNC work and tool assembly
Triage non-conforming machined components; implement resolution and preventative actions
Develop manufacturing standards to improve consistency and reliability of the shop
Work with the team to help develop in-house machining maintenance processes
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, rate, and cost
Use CAD and part drawings to implement work instructions and validate part quality

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience or a bachelor’s in engineering/math/science
3+ years developing raw material flow through a machine shop
3+ years CAD experience with NX or SolidWorks
3+ years CNCs, EDMs, welding in Tool and Die
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
