Startup and Venture Partnerships Associate

📋 Description

• Role at intersection of relationship management, program ops, and ecosystem intel.
• Expand Stripe's ops footprint with top VC firms; run programs and events.
• Cross-functional role with visibility across ecosystem, product, and marketing teams.
• Work with senior partner managers to deepen partnerships with VC firms and accelerators.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in venture capital ops, startup partnerships, BD, or program management.
• Experience working with or within VC firms, accelerators, or the startup ecosystem.
• Strong PM skills managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and using metrics to inform priorities.
• Preferred: direct VC platform or portfolio services experience.
• Familiarity with Stripe products (Billing, Payments, Connect).
• Event planning or field marketing experience in B2B/startup contexts.
• Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or similar CRM/analytics tools.
• Existing relationships within the venture ecosystem.
• High agency and self-direction in ambiguous environments.
