📋 Description

• Run the Startup Program's operations: triage apps, issue credits, track UTM, CRM.
• Build and run the SF founder engine: curate guest lists, venues, RSVPs.
• Market events: invitations, landing pages, follow-ups, post-event nurture.
• Partner with Developer Relations to reach founders at scale.
• Grow Render's SF footprint by building founder/accelerator relationships.
• Track attendance and impact from events to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in sales, partnerships, marketing, program/ops, recruiting, or developer relations.
• Deep roots in SF startup ecosystem; natural connector.
• Fluency in venture landscape and AI transformation.
• An instinct for how developers adopt tools; avoid marketing to developers.
• High agency and strong organization; manage invites and logistics.
• Based in San Francisco for evening events.
