📋 Description

• Develop product and business strategy for Atlas and other startup products by structuring ambiguous
• Turn strategy into execution by defining goals, workstreams, decision points, and operating
• Build a deep understanding of founders through direct conversations, qualitative research, product
• Translate founder needs, market developments, and competitive dynamics into product opportunities
• Partner with product, engineering, and design to unblock the development of new products and
• Develop business cases and opportunity assessments for new bets, including market sizing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, product strategy, product management, management
• Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and design to shape product decisions and
• Strong product sense and user empathy, with the ability to identify important customer problems and
• Excellent structured problem-solving skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous
• Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence, challenge assumptions, and turn complex
