Startups Community and Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own the UK startups community strategy across network, events, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with accelerators, incubators, universities, angel networks, and hackathons.
• Grow the Airwallex for Startups community via newsletters, social channels, and touchpoints.
• Identify and launch new partnership opportunities with perks, content, introductions, mentorship, and co-branded initiatives.
• Develop the UK events calendar for founder, finance, and VC audiences.
• Lead partner activations to strengthen Airwallex's presence in the startup ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience across the UK startup ecosystem; founders, VCs, accelerators, incubators, hackathons.
• Proven track record building communities or partnerships with engagement and value.
• End-to-end events planning and execution with good audience judgment.
• Strategic yet hands-on execution across partnerships, community, and events.
• Excellent stakeholder management and external representation.
• Strong commercial instinct linking activity to pipeline and growth.
