State and Local Tax (SALT) Credits nd Incentives Manager

📋 Description

• Identifying, qualifying, and calculating tax credits and other incentives.
• Advising clients on location strategy decisions and credits/incentives for hiring and investments.
• Communicating with project stakeholders, including internal teams and economic development reps.
• Serving as a thought leader in the SALT practice and staying current on developments.
• Participating in staff recruiting and supervising, mentoring, and developing staff level team members.
• Playing a key role in new business development and client base expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional client service and communication skills with outstanding relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of multistate experience focusing on credits and incentives.
• One of the following accreditations: CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, CEcD, CREA or CCIP.
