🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA/JD/Enrolled Agent preferred.
• 5+ years SALT tax consulting experience.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team.
• Proficient with tax software and technology.
• Experience with tax research or preparing technical memorandums.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff.
